Affiliate disclosure
Some links and tour listings on this site go to GetYourGuide through their affiliate program. If you book a tour or activity after clicking one of them, we may earn a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be if you went to GetYourGuide directly.
Hotel links
Some pages link to hotels, either to the hotel’s own website or to Booking.com and similar booking sites. On those pages the site may use Stay22, a service that turns a link to one of its booking partners into an affiliate link when you click it. If you then book a stay, we may earn a commission, and you pay the same price as you would going to the booking site directly. Stay22 does this through a script that loads on those pages; our privacy policy explains what that means for you.
These commissions are how this site pays for itself. Nobody pays us to be featured, and no cenote, operator or hotel has been added to a page because they asked.
What we do and do not do
We are not GetYourGuide, Stay22 or any of Stay22’s booking partners, and this site is not part of them, endorsed by them, or an official website of theirs. We do not run any of the tours or dives listed here. We are also not connected to the cenote operators or the ejidos that run many cenotes, to INAH, CONANP, the Parque del Jaguar, or any tourism board.
Bookings, payment, availability, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by GetYourGuide and the supplier running the activity. If something goes wrong with a booking, they are who you need, not us. Their terms apply, not ours. The same goes for hotel bookings: the hotel or the booking site you book on handles them.
About the prices and ratings shown
Prices, ratings and review counts shown in tour listings on this site were taken from GetYourGuide in October 2026, with prices in US dollars. All of them move. Prices change with season and demand, ratings shift as reviews come in, and activities are sometimes withdrawn entirely.
Some cenote tours charge entry fees on top, in cash at the gate. Check what is included before you book. The live price on GetYourGuide at the moment you book is the real one.
Which tours we list
We only say a tour visits a particular cenote when its own listing names it. Some listings name no cenote at all, and some visit cenotes outside the Tulum area; where that is the case, we leave the claim out. Dive tours state the certification they require, and we repeat it. Check the itinerary before you book.
Our opinions are our own
We choose which activities to link to on the basis of whether they look useful to somebody visiting the cenotes around Tulum. The commission does not change what we write.
